I've experienced fewer anxiety spikes. I'm recovering from stress much faster, and I haven't had a panic attack in a long time. I finally feel safe to be seen, to put myself out there. And my business is going really well, and I don't feel so scared that people will judge me. In fact, everyone's been really nice.
